HEAT Produced: LeBron James Leads Miami to 2-0 Lead in Eastern Conference Finals


LeBron James domination of the Boston Celtics forwards has the Miami HEAT up 2-0 in the Western Conference Finals, according to the latest update of the HEAT Produced Page.

The  HEAT Produced Page was updated with Estimated Wins Produced stats from the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals. Estimated Wins Produced is a stat created by sports economist David Berri to measure player contribution to team wins with data available in the box scores. An average player produces 0.100 est. wins per 48 minutes (est.WP48), star players produce 0.200 est.WP48 and superstars produce 0.300 est.WP48.


Most Productive HEAT Players in Eastern Conference Finals
LeBron is the most productive player in the ECF after two games with an estimated 0.6 wins produced and 0.317 est.WP48. He's averaging 34.6 points, 12.1 rebounds and 5.2 assists per 48 minutes while spending two-thirds of his time at power forward.

Dwyane Wade is the second-most productive HEAT player in the ECF after two games with an estimated 0.3 wins produced and 0.202 est.WP48. Wade was the second-most productive HEAT player in Game 1 with 0.3 est. wins produced in 38.3 minutes (0.353 est.WP48) from 22 points, 62% shooting efficiency, 7 assists, 4 turnovers, 3 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 steal.

Udonis Haslem was the second-most productive HEAT player in Game 2 with an est. 0.2 wins produced in 29.6 minutes (0.425 est.WP48) from 13 points, 50% shooting efficiency, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 block. UD is producing 0.160 est.WP48 in the ECF.

Least Productive HEAT Player in Eastern Conference Finals
